TheMagicTouch introduces a new XL transfer paper fully compatible with selected A4 OKi printers. Using unique print driver options the new sized paper (220 x 420mm) assists to “bridge the gap” between A4 and A3 printers.
The XL paper was originally developed by TheMagicTouch with CPM (non-textile) transfer paper as demand from customers using the process for full colour decoration of binders, folders, notebooks and diaries required full edge to edge transfer on their various products using A4 printer models. Having proved so popular the XL size is now available for TTC3.1 (for light textile) and the WoW7.7 (dark textile).
Short run production
Jim Nicol, Managing Director, stated “Our existing Space Control software and technical support enables customers to really develop and market their businesses using the low cost A4 printers. TheMagicTouch process with the various transfer paper options offers the user a vast range of garments and promotional product options. The new white toner technology has also made the transfer process simple and affordable especially when producing personalised samples for customer evaluation and the ability to produce short run production quickly and profitably”.
The company have recently expanded their training and demonstration facility in Dunstable, UK, to keep up with the demand for this new technology. Jim Nicol added “the awareness of full colour printing on non-white products really has made some real impact especially with the new range of different colour mugs, notebooks and bottles”
