M&R is pleased to announce that Take 2 of the Finish First with Kruzer competition will take place at the NBM B.I.G Show in Indianapolis, Indiana on Thursday and Friday, June 4th and 5th.

Eight randomly-selected teams of two will compete for the fastest assembly time. The team posting the fastest time each day will have the choice of taking home a free Kruzer manual screen printing press or applying $3,100 to the purchase of any other M&R manual or automatic screen printing press. And any team that competes but doesn’t win will receive a 10% discount on a new Kruzer.

Each day prior to the start of competition, entrants will get to watch the Kruzer Press Assembly Video, review the manual, and ask questions. All necessary tools will be provided by M&R.

The first Finish First with Kruzer took place at the 2015 ISS Long Beach Show, see video. The fastest time there was posted by Luan Dinh Le and Gil Tibayan of X-Press Tees in Honolulu, Hawaii. Luan and Gil assembled their Kruzer in 36:28 even though neither had seen a Kruzer before that day. Later, Luan said the Kruzer was amazingly easy to assemble.

Manual screenprinting press

Kruzer is M&R’s most affordable entry-level manual screen printing press. The press includes tapered-roller-bearing-supported upper and lower carousels, a precise micro-registration system, machined center shaft, and three-point pallet leveling system. Kruzer’s lever-adjusted off-contact system operates vertically, eliminating the need for a separate angle adjustment. Kruzer is available in a 6-color/4-station model, and it’s designed to fit through a 78 cm (31″) doorway when disassembled. Side screen holders and solid aluminum, low-profile, rubber-coated pallets are standard.
