Ulano Corporation introduces two of their newest direct emulsions and the EZ-Flo Container, a new one-gallon container for Ulano direct emulsions.
Ulano Platinum is a ready-to-use SBQ photopolymer direct emulsion formulated for imprinted sportswear printing and other markets. With Platinum, it is possible to use less costly white mesh without the closing up of fine lines and details. With Ulano’s anti-halation chemistry, Platinum is ultra-fast exposing.
Orange
Ulano Orange is ready-to-use SBQ-photopolymer direct emulsion formulated for imprinted sportswear printing. It is formulated with a ‘masking color’ that reduces light scattering. With Orange it is also possible to use less white mesh. Despite its anti-halation color, Orange is ultra-fast exposing.
Orange stencils are durable, will not become tacky under high humidity condition, and have excellent wet strength and exposure latitude. Orange reduces coating time (because of its high viscosity), drying time (due to its high solids), and exposure time (due to its high photo-sensitivity).
Both direct emulsions are perfect for shops with high stencil making through-put, as well as shops with fluorescent tubes or other low-intensity light sources.
EZ-Flo Container
Besides that Ulano introduces the EZ-Flo Container, an emulsion delivery solution for a better screen printing experience. It’s specially designed pour spout offers a smooth, mess-free flow of emulsion while filling the coating trough. A strategically located liquid recovery drain trough captures the emulsion over-flow while pouring to ensure no spillage. And it’s ready to use: threaded container featuring twist-off lid and nubs on top for easy opening and closing.
