New at PSI 2015

Nearly half of all PSI trade fair visitors are looking for promotional textiles. That’s reason enough for the organisation to create a dedicated Textile Area at Europe’s largest industry event: a new feature at PSI 2015 with an integrated Catwalk.

This new, specially highlighted area, located in Hall 10 at PSI 2015 (7 – 9 January, Düsseldorf, Germany) will mainly feature start-up textile companies presenting their products, which will be showcased by professional models on the integrated Catwalk.

Catwalk textiles collections

This Catwalk is completely revamped and integrated into the new Textile Area. The focus of this year’s fashion show will be – more than ever before – on textiles. You can start to look forward to new textiles collections by companies such as Gustav Daiber, Sol’s, Promodoro Fashion, ID, Tee Jays, PF Concept International, Eurostyle, BD Group, HAT’s Company, Cotton Classics and many more. Four shows will be staged each day on Wednesday 7 Jan 2015 and Thursday 8 Jan 2015, at the following times: 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm and 4.30 pm. Three shows are scheduled for Friday 9 Jan 2015: 11 am, 1 pm and 2 pm.

PSI has also introduced the Textile Finishing Area for anyone who wants to know how T-shirts are finished with various adornments; embroidery, flocking and printing will be showcased here.

PSI First

Product premieres that really haven’t been seen anywhere else before! That’s PSI First. With the creation of PSI First, PSI has purposefully created a distinctive ‘brand’ in order to revitalise the trade fair’s essence as an event for premieres. That’s because the products shown haven’t been seen anywhere else before, not even at in-house company events.

Demonstration Area

Located in Hall 12 is the Technology Forum along with a Demonstration Area. The area unites a concentrated bundle of technical advertising knowledge and pairs it with vivid demonstrations of work done directly on the advertising object. Exhibitors from every product-finishing segment will share various promotional labelling techniques and explain the distinguishing characteristics of screenprinting, engraving, laser technology and flocking.
