To increase user knowledge, the cameo-laser team is now offering a special service: in webinars they explain how to set up, connect and install Epilog Zing Systems. Furthermore, there’s a thorough introduction to the possibilities of the laser device. “Existing customers have the chance to broaden their own expertise. And introducing new employees to the use of the device is also very easy with the webinar,” underlines Torsten Herbst, Managing Director of cameo-laser Franz Hagemann GmbH. During the sessions, which are free of charge, up to four demo jobs are shown.
Getting answers
“Whether you are experienced or new – everyone who works with lasers will have questions from time to time. For example, how to care for and service the machine or concerning specific features, ” says Herbst. “Getting answers to these questions is very important, so that the user can fully utilize the entire potential of the device and can use the techniques in a way that ensures a trouble-free functioning for many years.”
