The Poli-Tape Group introduces their latest developments: Poli-Flex Bubble Up, Subli-Print and Subli-Twill.
Poli-Flex Bubble Up is a foaming polyurethane film with matt, reflective free surface which expands when heat is applied. Before the film is heat pressed, it has a thickness of 150 µ an di therefore easy to cut and weed. The non-adhesive PET film should be removed after it has been pressed and then it has a three dimensional effect with a thickness of about 600 µ.
The material is suitable to transfer onto fabrics made of cotton, blended fabrics made of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic.
Subli-Print and Subli-Twill
Two completely new hot sealable polyester fabrics especially developed for direct and indirect sublimation printing: Subli-Print and Subli-Twill. Due to a special top coat even detailed motives can be easily cut with a CAD/CAM plotter after the printing process without any fraying of the polyester fabric. Both products are suitable for the printing of logos and motives to be applied onto sport-, leasure- and work-wear.
