This year, ZSK Stickmaschinen GmbH will be present again at the Texprocess in Frankfurt am Main. You can find ZSK Stickmaschinen GmbH at the Texprocess 2013 in hall 6.0 at booth B31.
ZSK will present its well-known tubular system machines of the J-Series, for example a 4-head JNFA 0412-495 or a 6-head JAFA 0612-400. The new cording device of ZSK will be of special interest for the visitors. The company has a good position in the field of sequin devices as well. A double twin sequin device will be presented in operation at the trade fair.
ZSK Sprint
As well as the machines of the JAFA-series, the portable single head Sprint embroidery machine is favored by the manufacturers in the promotion and advertising material sector. Because of that ZSK demonstrates on a selection of Sprint embroidery machines in operation.
In addition to high-demand applications such as the high quality embroidery of caps and shoes, the machines master in front of the visitors even the smallest fonts with the thinnest yarn for very fine works. One of the innovations demonstrated on the Sprint is the newly developed and easier to be assembled socks frame for the Sprint and J-series. 
ZSK offers the simplification of the work process and the avoidance of errors by connecting a barcode-scanner to the control unit T8-2 of the ZSK embroidery machines. Today at many companies the embroidery data is still loaded from a disc or USB stick, however with the help of the barcode scanner the embroidery data can be loaded fast and directly into the machine which is connected to the network.
Techtextil
For the visitors of the Techtextil 2013 it is worthwhile to have a look at the ZSK booth 6.0 B31. ZSK presents here another innovation: A technical embroidery machine JCW with active double-wire suspension, automatic wire-changer and trimmer as well as pneumatic clamping and engineering system for the carrier material with pull through from roll to roll.
Show highlight
As a highlight the developers and technicians prepared something special: a Sprint embroidery machine gives a special insight. The metal casing of the machine is replaced by Plexiglas thus the mechanics of the Sprint can be observed even when the machine is in operation.
