ESC-Decotec, the new partner company of ESC, has added two systems to its range of machinery, which are specialised in the application of rhinestones and sequins. The machines are dedicated to designers, producers but are also suitable for customised manufacturing in the retail sector.
Decoration and finishing of textiles has steadily increased in significance and diversity over the past few years. A printed textile is no longer the only eye-catcher, but also the use of rhinestones, sequins and studs have become indispensable in fashion industry.
ESC-Decor
With ESC Decor-series the user has the possibility to apply rhinestones with 2, 4 or 6 colours, depending on the model. The core is the patented vacuum transfer unit, allowing to place stones of all diameters securely and without the need for converting the machine. Each colour unit can process 2 different diameters. So the machine already comes with a large variety of design possibilities.
ESC-Decos
The Decos spangle machine is intended for the application of sequins. Up to 4 colours can be processed in an automated run. The sequins, which are supplied in rolls, can be inserted in different sizes.
All models of Décor and Decos machines can be operated without additional compressor.
The Software
The software is already included in the scope of delivery. It is very user-friendly, identical for all machines and enables the user to combine rhinestone and spangle decoration in one design. For doing so, it is simply necessary to change the working table between the systems. These integrated tools enable the user to realise virtually all motifs after a short training.
It is also possible to import ready-designed motifs, which have been designed in an embroidery machine software before. The software ‘translates’ the data automatically to generate excellent rhinestone and sequin designs.
