At this year’s viscom in Frankfurt textile printers will certainly be impressed by the opportunities offered by the new transfer system ESC-TransSlam.
In order to better meet the uninterrupted high demand for reliable and affordable textile printing systems, ESC has established a business segment called Decotec. Along with the inkjet-based DTG-M2 which was introduced earlier this year, Decotec will be showing a completely new transfer system – ESC Trans-Slam.
This laser print system is unbeatable in terms of versatility. Only two easy steps are necessary (transfer print and heat-pressing) to print on natural and synthetic materials such as cotton, silk, wool, polyester/-blends or Nylon etc. Even rigid materials like glass, ceramic, metal or plastics can be decorated. Special transfer papers for light or dark textiles, with extra booster for dark textiles or Hard-Surface paper for rigid substrates are made to transfer only the toner and thus ensure high-quality decoration. The image quality can further be improved by using a specially developed White toner, which stands out for high opacity and excellent print results on coloured and dark materials. Interesting examples of Trans-Slam’s performance will be displayed at the Decotec-ESC stand during viscom 2012.
