de Gast Ontwerpstudio, Benelux agent for Melco embroidery machines, moved to a new building in Lelystad, Holland this February.
The company has been bought by Anel bv, a company that offers decorations for baby rooms such as towels and blankets. The activities of the company remain the same. Besides Benelux agent for Melco, de Gast Ontwerpstudio is also agent for Groz-Beckert Needles, Marathon Threads and Dakota Collectibles and the company is also involved in garment decoration. 
“The recent takeover means an improvement to our service for all Melco customers. Our service team has grown and the new office offers more space for the presentation of the machines and also offers more training facilities,” according to Patrick Sanôu of de Gast Ontwerpstudio.
