One fabric for all

Neschen AG is introducing new fabrics into its range with immediate effect: DYEtex flag 110 B1, DYEtex display 220 B1 and VARItex decoframe 250 B1 CA (250 g/m², fire certificate B1, CA-certified coating). All three are manufactured entirely in Germany.

DYEtex flag and DYEtex display are pure sublimation media for flags and display systems which are available at attractive prices and volume terms. The special highlight among the new German-made products is the multifunctional VARItex decoframe polyester fabric. A novel coating allows both the dye-sub and other common inkjet printing processes to be used without impacting negatively on the fabric’s feel. The colours remain vivid, saturated and vibrant.

Neschen VARItex decoframe gives print companies a genuine alternative to the classic dye-sub method. This means they can now also use pigmented water-based inks, for example from Epson, HP or Canon, and UV-curing and latex inks. “One fabric for all,” says a delighted Myriam Fürhölter, Junior Product Manager Inkjet at Neschen AG in Bückeburg, referring to all common digital printing methods.

“Irrespective of a print company’s preferred system, it is now able to offer digital fabric printing, too, with immediate effect. This means that print companies are now even able to print fabrics in outstanding quality on their existing inkjet equipment, regardless of whether they are using water-based pigment inks, UV-curing inks or latex inks. Textile printing using the sublimation method is also possible.”

The digital-print fabrics are guaranteed to retain their pleasant feel and soft handle, as preferred by users. Neschen VARItex decoframe also delivers vibrant, saturated colours. A further benefit is a huge reduction in the volume of print media which needs to be held in stock.
