In April ECB (Educatief Centrum Borduren) will run two designing workshops at Eisenkolb, in Bladel, Holland.
On 13 April ECB will be holding a workshop for advanced embroiderers on designing. The workshop will take place from 09.30–14.30 at Eisenkolb, in Bladel, Holland. During the workshop you will learn how to convert a company logo to a file that is suitable for embroidery. Workshop topics are understitches, designing of shadows, colour-change and overlay techniques. The workshop consists of theory and practice and you work with your own laptop and digitising software. The maximum number of participants is six.
On 17 April ECB will be holding a workshop ‘Basic designing for beginners’. This will take place from 10.00–15.00, also at Eisenkolb in Bladel. In this workshop you will learn to work with Ethos embroidery software – including the program possibilities and settings and, of course, how to design using this software.
