Borchert+ Moller’s main products, such as flock for direct flocking, aqueous and plastisol screenprinting inks will be shown in Hall 4 at Stand C01 at the TV TecStyle Visions show in Stuttgart, Germany. Also on show will be the new water-based screenprinting ink Aquaflex for producing transfers.
Since mid-2012, Borchert+Moller have been the official distribution partner of QCM plastisol inks; the ‘Blocking Grey Base’ especially is very much appreciated by their customers.
OKI White Toner Printer
Borchert+ Moller are expanding their product portfolio in both single-colour films and digital print media. As distributor of the company Forever, they offer the OKI White Toner Printer with all the corresponding consumables. Due to the low investment and production costs, this system is very attractive. You can achieve details that are not possible to make with any plotter film, especially for transfers with extremely fine lines and very small letterings – and of course also on dark textiles.
Transfers on hard surfaces, such as metal, acrylic plastic, wood, mugs, mirrors, can be achieved with the Multitrans paper from Forever.
Bomo-Cut Stic
The auto-adhesive film Bomo-Cut Stic can be used for transferring flock-film onto temperature-sensitive or geometrically difficult surfaces. The film delivers a very strong bond and, additionally, its polyester flock version can be printed using the sublimation technique.
Mimaki
Mimaki shows its superiority with the brand new series CG-SR II. In terms of speed, knife pressure, precision and handling, this series offers even more than the previous series.
Bomo Flex Print Snow Flake
For this Mimaki printing machine Borchert+ Moller offer the matching Bomo Flex Print films that can be printed with solvent and eco-solvent inks. The washability and the comfortable touch of this product are noteworthy. As a novelty they will present Bomo Flex Print Snow Flake: a very thin, white digital-print film with glimmer look.
The product portfolio of Borchert+Moller contains several new options with high-quality PVC banners for the solvent-printing technique. For optimal post-processing of digitally printed media they offer the Easymount SH series from the company Kindermann as cold laminator. They also offer the brand new version 2013 of EasySIGN software with many new and enhanced functions.
The new Graphtec CE6000 series cutter-plotter is a consequent further development of the proven CE5000 series. The characteristics of the device, which is already good value for money, have been developed further.
Charlie’s Corner
Screenprinting techniques are presented with live demonstrations – not only at Borchert+Moller. Borchert+ Moller are also one of the main sponsors of the US-American screenprinting expert Charlie Taublieb, who will present their manual Apollo screenprinting carrousel and the ICT infrared conveyer dryer in ‘Charlie’s Corner’.
