Halfar has re-organised its quality management system and was awarded the DIN ISO 9001:2008 on 9 July.
Since 1986, Halfar has been designing, creating and producing bags and backpacks for work and for advertising. The special focal point has always been on quality – from the products, right up to the work processes.
Regardless of whether producing bags at their own location in Bielefeld or at selected partners in Eastern Europe or in Asia: Halfar always uses high-quality materials and ingredients, in addition to utilising modern machines and good processing technology.
Their quality management was already certified by the globally active testing institute Bureau Veritas in 2009 – also with regard to the foresighted and statutory-compliant dealings with chemical substances in the deployed materials.
The current successful certification in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2008 is yet another step on the path toward offering their customers the best possible quality.
