Borchert + Moller will exhibit again at the Viscom show in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Besides the main products, such as flock for direct flocking, aqueous and plastisol screenprinting inks, a new water-based screenprinting ink will be an interesting product from Borchert + Moller. Since mid-2012, Borchert + Moller has been the official distribution partner of QCM plastisol inks. The ‘Blocking Grey Base’ is especially very much appreciated among their customers.
Broader product portfolio
As distributer of the company Forever, Borchert + Moller offers the OKI White Toner Printer with all the corresponding consumables. Due to the low investment and production costs, this system is very attractive for any user. Especially for transfers with extremely fine lines and very small letterings, you can achieve details that are not possible to make with any plotter film – also on dark textiles, of course. Transfers on hard surfaces, such as metal, acrylic plastic, wood, mugs and mirrors, can be decorated with the Multitrans paper from Forever.
For a better covering of white and achieving stunningly brilliant colours, there is the two-sheet-system Forever Laser Dark (No Cut) LowTemp. It also offers better washability and a higher tolerance during processing. Another specialty is the ingenious software ‘TransferRIP’, which includes colour management and a one-click-grid function as well as an intuitive user interface and plenty of extra features.
New Bomo-Flex Print films
For the Mimaki CJV Series Borchert + Moller offers the matching Bomo-Flex Print films that can be printed with solvent and ecosolvent inks. New are the Bomo-Flex Print films Fluo Yellow, Silver Gloss and Pearl Gloss. All these effect films have a stunning look, user-friendly processing properties and good washability.
The Bomo product portfolio is completed by the digital print media from the Poli-Print series from the company Politape and the self-adhesive films from Grafityp. For optimum post-processing of digitally printed media, Borchert + Moller offers the Easymount SH series from the company Kindermann as cold laminator. The new version 2014 of the proven graphic-design software EasySign has been updated with plenty of new features.
The new Mimaki CG-SR III series offers, in terms of speed, knife pressure, precision and handling, even more than the previous series. A special feature is the ‘Corner Cut’ function, which re-aligns the knife after cutting a corner – similar to a tangential cutting plotter.
