Meet X-tec Systems at Expo 4.0

X-tec Systems is looking forward to meeting you in Hall 5 Booth 5B54.

Meet Berthold Rademacher and Dieter Rath in Hall 5, Booth 5B54 at TecStyle Visions in Stuttgart, Germany. These two longstanding experts in digital textile printing founded the company X-tec Systems based in Kaarst. The company is  focusing on the future technology DTF.

Bundle of know-how

“DTF is the technology of the future in textile finishing. We want to bundle our know-how and let it flow into our systems,” say the two company founders, Berthold Rademacher and Dieter Rath, two well-known industry experts.

Rademacher has held managerial positions in IT and marketing at Brother Industriemaschinen since 1986. From 2005 he moved was occupied at Brother in the areas of product management, sales and service for the DTG division and finally he worked at Brother’s sales partner Walz Solutions (formerly Walz GmbH).

Dieter Rath has been the managing director of Deratex GmbH in Kaarst since 1989. The company is occupied in the textile trade and finishing sector. As a user of digital printing technologies, he is particularly familiar with the needs of print shops.

The current trend topic Direct to Foil ( DTF) has prompted the two long-standing business partners to found X-tec Systems GmbH, in particular to promote DTF printing in a professional manner

Training and advice

In addition to their own X-tec system solutions, Rademacher and Rath want to support customers with intensive service, training and advice. X-tec’s sales program includes DTF printing machines with a width of 30, 40 and 60 cm and is supplemented by consumables such as inks, foils and adhesive granules as well as transfer presses. On request or in the event of capacity bottlenecks, the company also carries out DTF prints on behalf of customers.

Interested customers can view and test the system solutions live in the DTF showroom in Kaarst.

At TecStyle Visions in Stuttgart, you can see the DTF UV with the Piccolo UV machine. This machine allows you to print on plastic, metal, glass and more with the DTF process.
