Three trade fairs, three days

Under the motto “Print.Produce.Promote.”, Messe Stuttgart will offer both exhibitors and visitors at the three trade fairs a platform to look, join in and carry out networking from 30 March to 1 April 2023. Under the umbrella of EXPO 4.0, TecStyle Visions will be staged in the Ceratizit Halle (Hall 3) and Hall 5, wetec in Hall 7, and GiveADays also in the Ceratizit Halle (Hall 3). Around 300 exhibitors from 20 countries have already registered. The participants are very keen to experience the new edition of EXPO 4.0. The extensive portfolio of the exhibitors is not the only reason why visitors will be attracted to Stuttgart: the latter can look forward to a well-conceived accompanying programme and special shows.

TecStyle Visions: heart of the textile decoration scene

At TecStyle Visions in the Ceratizit Halle (Hall 3) and Hall 5 national and international companies will present their products relating to textile decoration on an exhibition area of 20,000 square metres. Machines and accessories for all textile printing processes, as well as for sticking, flock and laser engraving will be exhibited.The exhibition portfolio will be completed by renowned textile companies which will show trade visitors their latest collections for corporate fashion along with printwear and workwear.

The topic of sustainability has long been an integral part of the trade fair programme. This time you will also be able to obtain information on the Fair.Eco.Bio. stand in the Ceratizit Halle (Hall 3) about the topics of fair trade, sustainable products and ecological manufacturing processes in the textile decoration industry and print their own sustainable t-shirt. In the TecCheck Area in Hall 5 a creative topic will be introduced regarding embroidery under the motto “Pimp your logo , innovative embroidery design”. Experts will show here how technology and materials can be used to make an embroidered logo eye-catching. Interested companies will be able to re-interpret their corporate logo.

The TecStyle Fashion Show will also again be part of the trade fair in 2023.Under the motto “One million colours”, participating textile manufacturers will present their collections from the areas of printwear, workwear and corporate fashion. You will have the opportunity to experience the show four times a day. The complete programme for the Technical Forum will be available on the TecStyle Visions website of Messe Stuttgart from February 2023.

wetec: world of advertising technology

A large number of national and international companies have also registered for wetec in order to present their products and services at the trade fair for advertising technology, digital printing, light advertising and digital signage in Hall 7. With its trade fair profile wetec covers the entire spectrum of advertising technology applications, e.g. plotters, digital printers, illuminated letters and digital advertising and information systems.

The exhibitors will include important national players such as swissQprint Deutschland GmbH, Andreas Harmuth CNC-Frästechnik, Inapa Complott GmbH and vhf camfacture AG. Foreign companies, e.g. Grafityp Selfadhesive Products N.V., Imazu Publicidad S.L. and Werbetechniker.cc GmbH, have also said they will be coming to Stuttgart. For example, Mimaki Deutschland GmbH recently confirmed its participation in wetec. “wetec has always been a lively event and a wonderful meeting point with many new potential as well as existing customers. We would also like to see this liveliness this year, and get to know and meet people again,” said Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director of Mimaki Deutschland GmbH.

The Wrap Institute (TWI) will be present at wetec for the first time.Here you will have live demonstrations, hands-on areas and exclusive interviews. TWI will also stage The Wrap Warrior Cutting Contest during which the participants will be able to win attractive prizes. The entire trade fair presentation of TWI will follow the motto TWI-Wrap Paradise. You will be able to obtain an overview of the products and services before the start of wetec. As part of an exhibitor campaign, participating companies will be presented on the wetec social media channels up until the opening of the event. They will provide insights into the trade fair portfolio in Stuttgart, before it will again be time to say in a live setting: “we love to tec you!”. The complete programme for the Technical Forum will be available on the wetec website of Messe Stuttgart from February 2023.

GiveADays: advertising that lasts

GiveADays advertising media trade fair  will provide manufacturers and retailers from the advertising media industry with an ideal platform in the Ceratizit Halle (Hall 3) to present their products and services to a wide range of trade visitors. The visitors to the trade fair will include advertising and marketing experts together with buyers from industrial companies. Advertising agencies will also find here the right product for their customers.

The exhibited promotional items will include stationery, catering supplies, household goods and leisure and sport items. The areas of wellness, food, accessories and textiles will also be covered by the exhibitor portfolio of GiveADays. This thematic overlapping with the area of textile decoration at TecStyle Visions will offer trade visitors added value for their attendance at the trade fair.

The exhibitors will include both regular exhibitors and new companies. The promotional item retailer Dieter Kehl is one of the well-known faces at GiveADays and will also be present again in 2023. Jessica Talent, a shareholder in Dieter Kehl Werbeartikel GmbH, commented on her company’s trade fair presentation: “We are expecting many contacts with regular and new customers, and are looking forward to discussions with them and input from customers regarding new ideas for promotional items.” Pins & mehr GmbH & Co. KG has also long been part of the trade fair; in 2023 the company will present a wide range of magnets, pins, badges and shopping trolley chips, for example. Klio-Eterna will take part in GiveADays for the first time. The company is well-known for its wide range of ballpoint pens “Made in Germany”. The manufacturing depth extends from the production of barrels and refills through to the finishing of the product.

Tickets and more

The opening times of the three trade fairs will be 09.30 to 18.00 on 30 and 31 March 2023, and 09.30 to 17.00 on 1 April 2023. The tickets are only available in the Online Shop. The tickets include free use of the entire VVS (Stuttgart Public Transport Authority) network. A day ticket costs €26.00 and a concessionary ticket €16.00.

Season tickets and special rates are also available. Visitors can attend all three trade fairs by purchasing just one ticket. There are 6,700 parking spaces available to visitors directly at the trade fair centre and congress grounds, Messepiazza 1. The adjacent airport car parks can also be used. Direct connections to the A8 motorway, the B27 trunk road, the airport, the S-Bahn (urban rail system) and, in future, to the planned local and intercity railway station ensure pleasantly short distances with walks of just a few minutes to the trade fairs.
