At booth 3-D58 Secabo shows a world first at FESPA Global Print Expo in Madrid: The TS7 Smart heat press by Secabo allows for garment finishing at the highest level. In combination with a new type of membrane heating plate and a heated bottom plate, it mutates into the complete product “The Beast“.

The TS 7 Smart heat press is the first heat press by Secabo “made in Germany”. Secabo will also demonstrate its other devices for garment finishing, advertising technology and digital finishing, such as vinyl cutters, heat presses, label finishers and flatbed cutters.

Thanks to its modular design, the newly developed Secabo TS7 Smart heat Press in combination with the Softheat SH7 heat plate and/or the Thermobase TB7 can master even the most demanding tasks in garment finishing. The combined product “The beast” works quickly, protects the garments and solves problems that are common during transfer. Transfers across the collar, button strips and zippers, which were previously considered impossible, are no longer a problem.

Secabo TS7 Smart

The swing-away heat press TS7 Smart by Secabo brings garment finishing up to date. The press is a high performance, fast working product and processes large prints with a working surface of 40 x 50 cm. With the press you can handle transfer objects up to seven centimeters in height.

The new TS7 Smart can optionally be controlled using the Secabo Smart Transfer App. With the app the user merely chooses the type of fabric as well as the desired transfer medium and the app automatically retrieves the appropriate temperature, time and pressure settings.

New heating technology for transfers without pressure marks

With the new Secabo SH7 Softheat membrane heating plate, a membrane automatically inflates once the press is closed. This new heating technology, also made in Germany, compensates for unevenness such as seams, pockets or buttons and significantly minimizes heat marks. Even shiny polo collars are thus a thing of the past. Pressure and temperature peaks at problematic areas such as buttons, collar, hem and seam are nearly eliminated. The softheat plate is ready for use after only three minutes of warming up and consumes significantly less electricity than conventional heating technology.

With the new Thermobase TB7, Secabo also offers a heated base plate as an extension. This is particularly recommended for sensitive garments. It also enables its user to reliably perform white toner transfers and sublimation transfers. The heat is also supplied from below when using the thermal base. This allows for an overall lower transfer temperatures, shorter transfer times and minimizes undesirable marks on garments.

Hardware for advertising technology, garment finishing and digital finishing

In addition to the world first “The Beas”, Secabo will also exhibit its tried and tested devices for advertising technology, garment finishing and digital finishing at the upcoming FESPA. Furthermore, the product innovations of 2019 will be shown live at the stand, such as mug presses for two or five cups as well as a small heat press that is particularly well-suited for patches and emblems.
