Successful show for Borchert + Moller

At this year’s TV TecStyle Visions show in Stuttgart, Germany, the company Borchert + Moller GmbH & Co. KG  found ideal conditions to present their products to a broad audience. They enthused many visitors about hybrid plotters, cutting plotters and different materials for the digital printing and screenprinting areas.

Screenprinting

The American screenprinting specialist Charlie Taublieb presented at his ‘Charlie’s Corner’ Borchert + Moller’s manual screenprinting carousel Apollo and the ICT infrared conveyor dryer.

In the screenprinting area the portfolio of water-based inks has been completely updated. The new products have a larger opening time and therefore an improved printability.

Lower prices

During the show Borchert + Moller announced several price reductions. They can now offer the Graphtec cutting plotters for a considerably lower price and also important are the attractive special prices of the Mimaki CJV series.

More and more customers who have been working with cutting plotters and maybe with sublimation printers considered the hybrid technology as a logical continuation and expansion of their opportunities.

The offered film, which can be printed with solvent and eco-solvent inks, has also contributed to this conclusion. A good washability, a soft touch and a high elasticity are some of the features of these products. Amongst the single-coloured plotter films the new Bomo-Flex 3D and Bomo-Flex Carbon were convincing.

Other applications

Thanks to the existing collaboration with the company X-Film, a broad product range that goes beyond textile applications is offered. A true eye-catcher was the mixed fabrics Jetrex XF 300-CPC Canvas Polycotton and Jetrex XF430-CPC, which were printed with eco-solvent inks. These products are used for photo reproductions and fine-art prints.
