Poli-Tape Klebefolien informs you of Poli –Flock Prime, an ecological harmless flock on the market. At present there is a high demand for hotmelt films on the market, therefore they also introduce their new selection of hotmelt films Poli-Melt.
Poli- flock Prime
Poli-Flock Prime is a heat transfer rayon flock, which convinces due to the velvety feel and its brilliance. The product is based on ecologically harmless raw material and is free of PVC and plasticizer, in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Poli-Flock Prime has a high wash resistance of +90°C (use only colour and mild detergent) and is suitable for dry-cleaning. After washing the flock surface is not affected with adherent fibres/fluff. Beside a range of fourteen standard colours, also four neon colours are offered.
Poli-Flex Printables
Poli-Flex Printable 4015, 4016, 4665 and Ultimate Print Matt 4025 are suitable for the production of heat transfer doming-applications. Thereby the hotmelt coated transfer film serve as carrier material for the doming casting. In the combination of the digital printable flex and 3D doming-application you can create extraordinary attractive designs.
Poli-Melt
Under the designation Poli-Melt, Poli-Tape Klebefolien offer a new range of hotmelt films, which are covered by a siliconised liner. The range is composed of Poli-Melt 700 (Copolyester), Poli-Melt Nylon 701 (Polyamid) und Poli-Melt PU 702 (Polyurethan). All products have a thickness of 50 micron and will be available in the standard dimension of 500 mm x 25 m.
