During this year’s Fespa in Munich, Kornit Digital will demonstrate its broad portfolio of direct-to-garment production systems, led by the freshly-launched 6 colour Avalanche Hexa. All systems are driven by Kornit’s QuickP software portfolio including the new QuickP Plus workflow software.

The Fespa Fabric Hub will be equipped with furniture and decoration samples produced on the Kornit Allegro, the company’s roll-to-roll printing system that is an entire textile printing line in a single step.
From entry-level through to industrial production scale
Kornit Digital offers direct-to-garment printers from entry-level through to industrial production scale, which all benefit from Kornit’s innovative NeoPigment process. The newly launched Kornit Avalanche Hexa adds red and green to the existing palette for a wider gamut, essential when colour-matching specific and spot colours for corporate identities and brands. It will be joined on the company’s booth by the Breeze, the Storm II and the Paradigm II, along with the latest version of Kornit QuickP Designer and QuickP Plus software. 
Kornit’s Breeze is the company’s entry-level model which is compact and portable, combining high-end technology with powerful performance to bring affordable production to small and medium-sized businesses. The dual-pallet Kornit Storm II offers high volumes and is specifically engineered for 24/7 industrial use, while the Kornit Paradigm II is an add-on solution for screen-printers, enabling them to expand their analogue machines with digital capabilities.
QuickP Plus.
Kornit Digital is launching its Kornit QuickP Plus. This new product is a comprehensive design, order, inventory management and print workflow package that will help any user of Kornit’s direct-to-garment products to drastically reduce the time required to prepare files and turn complex jobs around.
With its advanced features, it is simple for t-shirt and apparel print companies to optimise designs, with full variable data support for mass customisation. Communicating seamlessly with all Kornit machines, and providing full accountability, this software enables users to organise libraries of design and fonts on a centralised database via its inventory control system connected to the Design Creation software.
NeoPigment process
The NeoPigment process brings users all the benefits of working with pigmented inks without any of the disadvantages, with no pre-treatment being required. The inks are formulated for virtually all types of material and meet the most rigorous environmental regulations, including OekoTex 100 standard and GOTS V3.0.
