Karl Gröner will be exhibiting at TV TecStyle Visions 2018 in hall 8 Stand C22 and E35. The company will focus on presenting important topics for the industry in a practical and informative manner. “This way we will be able to address promotional experts and textile finishers with new and exciting topics,” says Bernd Gröner, Managing Director of Karl Gröner GmbH.
Gröner shows at stand 8E35 a M&R screen printing production line. Screenprinters can convince themselves from the productivity and quality of the highly productive i-Image Computer-to-Screen System; with a capacity of up to 250 screens per day it can save many thousands of Euro per year, compared to the classical method.
With the M&R Chameleon manual screen printing carrousel Gröner will show an affordable, robust and efficient solution for textile screen printing. Indispensable for a good print quality is the M&R Red Chili flash curing unit. The company shows the M&R Fusion conveyor dryer for finishing. The prints will be done with Manoukia/Eptainks inks. Gröner will print T-Shirts directly at the show, so you will be able to see the efficiency and the quality
At stand 8C22 Gröner will show, how a professional approach in the textile direct printing can be affordable. With the new systems from Brother and Epson, Gröner will present DTG systems with attractive entry-level prices that make textile direct printing an economically interesting option. The new Brother GT-X is considered as one of the fastest and most maintenance-friendly DTG systems and will attract many visitors. With the DIDO SHOP drying cabinet prints are dried efficiently and quickly. Combined with the PRETREATmaker IV, the clean solution for pre-treating dark textiles for direct printing, the complete DTG workflow will be presented.
With the OKI White Toner System and the dedicated transfer media from Forever, Gröner will also appeal the textile decorators, who are looking for a low-maintenance and very flexible system for smaller and mid-sized volumes. Sefa presses can be used to press the OKI White Toner System efficiently onto the substrates. Visitors will not only have valuble insights into the workflow, they can also see how effect films are processed and inform themselves about the decoration of advertising materials with the OKI White Toner System.
Gröner will present especially promotional textiles from Fruit of the Loom, Russel, B&C, TEE JAYS, Elevate and Slazenger. The textiles are already finished with different techniques. This gives the finisher the possibility, not only to introduce ideas into the daily business, but also to see the wealth of possibilities.
Gronal Ultraflex Revolution Printable
Another exciting feature will be the première of Gronal Ultraflex Revolution Printable. This novelty on the show combines an excellent printability with all common latex and solvent inks and outstanding transfer properties at very low temperatures. This prevents finally the problem of the ‘re-sublimation’ of printable films.
Besides the processing of the films, the company will also show the workflow with transfer presses from Sefa as well as the cutting plotters series SummaCut and S-Class from Summa with different applications.
For sign makers who are looking for a great flexibility for printing different media in a quick manner with the ecological benefits of water-based inks, Gröner shows the HP Latex series for large format printing. New at the stand will also be the Print&Cut combination devices from HP for the efficient production of decals and stickers that offer different solutions. Roland offers hybrid devices for Print&Cut systems and addresses especially to promotional experts that prefer fully integrated system solutions. The Roland LEF 20 will excite producers of promotional products: this compact UV-printer can print directly on anything from pens to golf balls or acrylic glass.
In the range of the systems for large format sign makers Gröner will present the Epson SC-S80600 from the Epson SureColor S-Series. For further processing of large format prints and for many other finishing functions the company will also show the CWT lay-up table. This device is exclusively distributed from Gröner and will be demonstrated at the show.
Gröner will also present the large range of LFP media. For sublimation printing, there will be the Epson T3000 and the 3D sublimation device SubliDeck together with the RIP software FilmMaker, which will be specially interesting for promotional experts.
Visitors can buy samples at Gröner’s exhibition shop. The company will not only show the tools, but also the tricks and will explain how to use the devices. From Olfa, the company will show the weeding table, for weeding plotted films, another interesting topic for promotional specialists.
