The new Hover Heat Press by Microtec Technology Co., Ltd. has all of the features of the Auto Open Clam with one unique difference: the upper platen hovers over the garment to ensure brighter colors and a stronger bond between ink and the garment.
With this technology, the operator never has to worry about direct-to-garment ink residue on his/her platen. The machine can also be used for any type of traditional heat-applied graphics.
The heat press is available in two sizes: 38×38 cm and 40×50 cm. It has digital time and temperature controls and is specially designed for curing ink. The maximum Hover Space is up to 10 mm and the press is available in 110v or 220v.
