Beechfield is launching three new designs in 2011 – the B345 sherpa hat, B445 printers beanie and B610 five panel rapper cap. The new products not only reflect contemporary trends in the corporate and promotional headgear markets, but also tackle practical garment decoration issues head on.

Winter fashion meets outdoor performance in the all-new B345 sherpa hat. The sherpa style is perfect for a wide range of cold weather outdoor activities. Beechfield expects the new hat to be especially popular in the snow sports market, but points out that it will also have particular appeal as a general winter fashion headwear style.

Combining a waterproof 100% nylon taslon outer with faux fur trim, drop down earflaps with chinstrap, and substantial quilted lining, the B345 will provide insulation in even the coldest weather. The hat’s signature fur trimmed front panel provides easy access for decoration. Available in two sizes – S/M and L/XL – the B345 comes in a choice of black, light grey or orange colours.

Beechfield describes the new B445 printers beanie as, “a simple solution to an age-old problem”.  Developed in conjunction with a UK print shop, the B445 takes the B45 knitted hat as its starting point and adds a neatly finished blank cotton twill patch, with interlining, on the cuff. The patch provides an ideal surface for print.

The B445 means that printers can now bring their hat printing orders in-house. It is both a simple and practical solution to the garment printers’ needs. The B445 is made from 100% Soft-Feel Acrylic, and is available black and french navy colours.

The new B610 5 panel rapper cap is an economy version of Beechfield’s flagship smartfit B665 rapper cap. Made from 100% cotton twill, it features an authentic retro-style snap-tab size adjuster and the distinctive flat peak that defines the rapper design. The cap also has a five-panel crown for ease of decoration.
