In the field of direct textile printing, the Berlin-based company presents the Pretreatmaker Basic and Pretreatmaker IV machines for an optimal pre-treatment for direct textile printing. The DTP printers Brother GTX and Epson SureColor-F2100 will also be on the booth, showing visitors breath-taking and colour-intensive motifs on textiles live on the stand. A pre-drying solution to improve the colour fastness of shirt printing will also be on display.
Schulze’s big highlight will be the MUG-15 Turbo. The fully automatic cup press with integrated preheating and cooling station is a real workhorse. 15 heating elements and a cycle time of approx. 3.5 minutes ensure a printing productivity of up to 257 cups per hour. The machine settings are entered on a large, convenient touch display. The Mug-15 Turbo is the ideal solution for ambitious users with advanced productions.
In addition, the company presents the Wrapper M80. This little helper supports the application of the transfer paper around the cups. The wrapper is not only very easy to operate, it also reduces production times and error rates.
Schulze also introduces the new 40×50 cm Turbo heating plates. The plates with an output of 3.3 kW not only heat up faster than the previous heating plates, they deliver a constantly stable temperature even with high production quantities.
New in the field of sublimation is also the Schrumpfschlauch (shrink tubing). This is the ideal solution for sublimating objects with unusual shapes, such as cups, bottles or objects without a straight edge. In combination with a convection oven, the film shrinks firmly around the surface and achieves a perfectly transferred motif.
Of course, also the Schulze Subliwand is present at viscom. You can marvel at the latest trends from the world of printable articles, such as glittering reversible patches, cool stainless-steel drinking bottles or handle glasses with colourful, reusable drinking straws.
