Dennis Ermert graduated at the Textilschule Dornbirn/Vorarlberg, Austria, as master craftsman for machine embroidery. Scott Fresener has been in the industry since 1970 and is co-author of How To Print T-shirts For Fun And Profit. He has also produced dozens of video and DVD training programmes, created automated separation programs called T-Seps and FastFilms, and is considered a pioneer in the direct-to-garment printing segment. Daniela Hutter graduated in 1990 from the Federal Embroidery School in St. Gallen, Switzerland with her main focus on punching and embroidery for Schiffli-embroidery machines. In 1999, she settled near Aachen in Germany, where she was involved with multi-head embroidery. She started her own company, emtrain, in 2001. The company offers customised training and seminars for punching and embroidery techniques and digitising services. On 1 January 2012 emtrain will move to Kriessern, Switzerland, where the company will continue its services. The seminars and in-house training will then only take place on limited occasions. Matthias Schmidt is a Consultant for sewing and embroidery applications at Amann Nähgarne in Bönnigheim, Germany. His specialist field is technical consultancy in machine embroidery. As a trained tailor and certified engineer in garment technology (UAS – University of Applied Sciences), he gained working experience in knit- and underwear production in India, before joining the Amann Group.

Henry Stümer is Manager of the company TexDesign. Besides the main business of consulting and distribution in the embroidery field, TexDesign also does local business in garment decoration.
