From March 25 to 27, 2025, Visualize Expo took place at Evenementenhal Gorinchem, The Netherlands. The trade fair for the visual communication industry once again brought together professionals, innovators, and market leaders for three days of inspiration, knowledge exchange, and business opportunities.

“The exhibition provided a platform for more than 6,000 visitors to discover the latest innovations, while also serving as a space for professionals to share knowledge and gain inspiration. The enthusiastic feedback from visitors and exhibitors confirms that Visualize Expo is the go-to meeting place for the visual communication industry,” said Martijn Brandse, Head of Event Visualize Expo.
Successful booths and inspiring exhibitors
Visitors enjoyed a wide range of exhibitors and impressive stands. Major industry players attracted significant attention with innovations and new machines showcased in the Netherlands for the first time. Ambassadors such as Pixia, Probo, Papyrus, and Canon set the tone with cutting-edge technologies and inspiring demonstrations, including Probo’s latest edition of Printing Wonderland, which drew many people.
The enthusiastic responses from exhibitors underscored the success of Visualize Expo 2025. EFKA described the event as a “fantastic fair” and praised the inspiring encounters and valuable conversations held during the show. Partners in Events also looked back positively on the expo, highlighting the many inspiring talks and new opportunities that emerged.
Other top-tier companies such as Epson, Fujifilm, HEREweHOLO, Igepa, and VINK brought new technologies and pioneering applications to the exhibition floor. Their expertise and innovative solutions gave visitors a unique opportunity to experience the latest developments up close while building valuable connections with a diverse range of exhibitors.
The combination of advanced technologies and various zones for networking, live demos, and knowledge sharing created a dynamic and future-oriented trade fair. A great example of this was the popular Wrap Zone, where FESPA Netherlands organized the fourth edition of the World Wrap Masters Netherlands. Here, the best car wrappers in the country came together to showcase their skills and compete, creating an energetic atmosphere.
Extensive program and valuable side events
In addition to a diverse range of exhibitors, Visualize Expo 2025 also offered a strong content-driven program. The Adobe Masterclasses were fully booked and gave visitors a unique chance to elevate their creative skills. Inspirational sessions were also held in the Inspiration Theater, where leading speakers shared their vision of the industry's future.
In particular, the sessions about the future of print and the integration of AI in Adobe software were well attended, providing visitors with practical tips and strategic insights. “The combination of inspiring speakers and interactive presentations led to lots of positive feedback and valuable discussions on the show floor,” said Roos Ouwerkerk, Content Coordinator.
Several important side events were also organized, such as the Benelux Online Print Event by VIGC, the SignTechniek meeting by Techniek Nederland, and the members' meeting of the industry association Promotional Products Professionals. Roos Ouwerkerk commented: “These events contributed to knowledge sharing and collaboration within the sector.”
Additionally, the Innovation Award was presented for the first time at Visualize Expo 2025. Zünd Benelux had the honor of receiving the award for their Q-Line digital cutting machines.
The organization proudly looks back on a successful edition and thanks all participants and visitors for their contributions.
