Insta Graphic Systems has reformulated its existing Tuftrans heat transfer and is excited to release the new and improved Tuftrans II.
Tuftrans II works beautifully on a wide variety of fabrics, including some treated materials, and is the heat transfer for applying to those ‘hard-to-apply-to’ substrates. This hot peel transfer can be applied as low as 260˚F, depending on the fabric, which diminishes the appearance of impression marks. This also allows for printing on industrial substrates which tend to be more heat sensitive than traditional cotton.
Its low application temperature makes this an ideal product for branding on heat sensitive, industrial substrates like nylon denier, leather/faux leather/suede, Velcro, molded neoprene, as well as cotton and cotton blends. Tuftrans II can be produced as a stretchable transfer upon request. It’s solvent free and CPSIA compliant for phthalates and lead.
