Sublitex: sublimation onto cotton

Chemica, manufacturer of heat transfers for textiles, has developed Sublitex. It’s a white polyester textile for sublimated printers for heat-transfer applications.

You can also print Sublitex with solvents and eco-solvents inks. The material is suitable for cotton, polyester, acrylic and similar fibres. It has a thickness of 210 microns. The carrier consists of a self-adhesive and transparent polyester.

The white polyester flex material is suitable for printing with sublimation printers and then for transferring onto textile. Sublimation is normally only suitable for 100% white polyester. You can print Sublitex, sublimate it under a heat-transfer press and cut it, so it can also be applied onto cotton for example.
