During Fespa Fabric, Siser introduced their new product line – Colorprint™ PU, as well as the new products Sublithin™ and 3D Techno™.
Colorprint PU and Colorprint PU Matt are PU-based, ultra-thin (75 microns) stretchable products for eco-solvent and solvent-inkjet printers. Both materials can be washed at 60°C inside out, ironed and have no colour fading. The products are suitable for large decorations and there is no curing time between printing, cutting and heat application.
Colorprint PU has a glossy finish and can be best used for the digital printing of photo-resolution images.
Colorprint PU Matt has a matt finish and can be best used for printing real colours.
Sublithin is the first printable PU product for subli-dyed sports garments (football jerseys, cycling etc). It can be used for eco-solvent and solvent-inkjet printers. It has no dye migration and a low thickness of 80 microns. There is no risk of creasing for large decorations.
Sublithin is now available only in a glossy version but a matt version is planned for the future as well. Sublithin can be washed inside out at 30°C.
3D Techno is a new plotter-cut, stretchable product with special ‘pop-up’ tri-dimensional effect for any decoration and is especially suitable for decoration on Lycra®. This product has been developed as an improvement to screenprinting, expanding inks. It provides a long-lasting decoration, crease-free even after garment elongation and washing cycles.
3D Techno is available in white, black, red, yellow, blue and green and has a maximum thickness of 500 microns. There is no decoration cracking after heat transfer and washing and it can be ironed. The material can be washed inside out at 30°C.
