PSI, European network of the promotional products industry, has extended the submission deadline for the PSI Academy Awards until July 25, 2025. The extension takes into account the current holiday season and gives all interested parties additional time to submit their sustainable promotional products, campaigns, and innovative concepts.

PSI Academy: A new event for the promotional products industry
On September 11, 2025, the PSI Academy will open its doors for the first time at the historic Gürzenich in Cologne. This new PSI event unites the pillars of education, recognition, and networking into a unique industry gathering. The PSI Academy places a strong emphasis on sustainable innovation and forward-looking business practices in promotional products, incentives, and merchandising.
The PSI Academy event concept includes:
- PSI Academy Conference:
Starting at 10 a.m., attendees will experience up-to-date talks, workshops, and panel discussions on sustainability, marketing, and future-relevant topics in haptic advertising.
Highlights include a keynote by Tanja Kliewe-Meyer, Head of Corporate Responsibility & Product Safety at Brax - Leineweber GmbH & Co. KG: “Green Deal meets Innovation: The Brax Path to Sustainable Fashion Production.”
The focus topic “Sustainability as a Brand Signature” features expert talks by Julia Frings, Senior Project Manager at IFH Cologne: “Do good and talk about it , How to communicate corporate sustainability” and Sven Fischer, Managing Director and Partner at LUWE GmbH: “Duty or Purpose? Thinking strategically about sustainability and reporting transparently.”
The concurrent breakout workshops include:

This competition honors outstanding sustainable products, campaigns, and companies in the promotional products industry. The awards go beyond the previous Sustainability Awards and, in collaboration with the prestigious Green Product Award, set new benchmarks for innovation, circular economy, and social responsibility. - PSI Academy Expo:
