PF Concept International Coöperatief U.A (PFCI) is pleased to announce that as of March 2, 2021 it has completed the acquisition of UK-based Print-on-Demand (PoD) company T Shirt & Sons Ltd. Polyconcept, parent company of PFCI, is a large multi-category supplier of promotional products and distributes to over 100 countries worldwide. T Shirt & Sons, headquartered in Westbury, UK, with a subsidiary in Venlo, the Netherlands, is a large digital printing and fulfilment company in Europe and serves many of the largest global marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and retailers. In addition to PoD services, the print specialist also manages the e-commerce shops of its retail partners and provides shipping services.

New sales areas

T Shirt & Sons will continue to operate from its Westbury headquarters, and all employees will remain with the company.  T Shirt & Sons operations including sales and marketing will remain independent, allowing the company to continue to focus on delivering superior digital PoD services. Phil Morgan, Senior Country Manager of PF Concept UK, will assume the role of Managing Director T Shirt & Sons Europe. He will be responsible for leading the growth strategy across Europe and will be supported by the T Shirt & Sons existing experienced management team: Commercial Director Adam Golder, Finance Director Darren Newman and the rest of the T Shirt & Sons Team.
