Open House at Eisenkolb

On 7 and 8 July, Eisenkolb held an Open House at their offices in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. On show were the latest Tajima embroidery machines, the whole assortment of Gunold supplies as well as embroidery software.

Quality and popularity

Eisenkolb became the official distributor of Tajima embroidery machines for the Netherlands in March. “We are very happy with the expansion of our product range with Tajima machines,” says Hans Vernooy, Director of Sales & Marketing at Eisenkolb. “Tajima machines are known for their quality and are therefore very popular. Since the start of our distributorship, we have already sold many machines.”

On show were the latest Tajima machines, such as the TMBR-S1501C single-head machine of the new TMBR-SC series and the TFMX-2C1204 four-head cylinder-type machine of the TMFX- series. Both machines displayed have a maximum embroidery speed of 1,200 spm.

Mr Ryota Sato, head of sales at Tajima Industries Ltd., said that the TMFX series machines were the best selling models in the past and are still very popular. The latest noise-reduction developments help to create a quiet and pleasant working environment for operators.

Hard-to-embroider materials

The TMBR-SC series machines are available with a Digitally Controlled Presser foot (DCP). The DCP is very useful for the embroidery of caps and thick materials. The height of the presser foot can be set to the material thickness on the operational panel. The fabric does not flutter even on hard-to-embroider materials such as leather, thick fabric, stretchy fabric and quilting. The downsized cylinder bed has widened the application range to be able to embroider tubular products such as sleeves and socks.
