With the new UV-DTF roll printing system UV-ET-DS-300-3HD, Print Equipment expands its portfolio with an innovative solution for producing high-quality UV transfers (RubOn stickers).

Powerful Technology for brilliant results
The UV-DTF roll-to-roll solution is based on the Epson F1080-A1 printhead technology and is equipped with three powerful printheads (Head 1: 6x white, Head 2: CCMMYK, Head 3: 6x varnish).
With a maximum media width of 310 mm and a print width of up to 295 mm, the system offers a wide range of applications. The combination of white, CMYK, and varnish delivers vibrant colors, fine details, and highly durable transfers.
The water-based UV pigment inks are REACH-compliant. Production in quality mode starts at €2.55 per running meter.
Efficient and easy to use
A major advantage: automatic lamination of A- and B-film directly during the printing process. This eliminates manual steps, finished transfers are ready for immediate further processing.
With a production speed of up to 5.88 running meters per hour, even large jobs can be completed quickly and reliably.
Flexible and versatile
UV-DTF transfers are the ideal solution for refining solid and hard materials such as glass, ceramics, wood, metal, plastic, and natural stone. Especially for objects that are not suitable for direct printing due to their shape or construction (e.g. heavily curved, conical, highly reflective objects, or recessed print areas), UV-DTF technology opens up new fields of application and design possibilities.
