ESC’s booth at drupa 2012 in Düsselfdorf will in particular be marked by a premiere: the launch of a new stop-cylinder screen printing machine.
On occasion of the international drupa 2012 event, ESC will be aiming at capturing the offset printing segment with their range of machinery for UV varnishing of printed products.
UV-curing is effected friendly to material and environment by means of a fully-automatic line, consisting of sheet feeder, stop-cylinder screen printing machine, UV-dryer and automatic stacker. Where needed, ESC is prepared to provide the complete pre-press equipment including the ESC-Perfecta IC Ecoline continuous-flow system for automatic washing and reclaiming of stencils. Certainly, all machines can be modified to customer’s special requirements.
Further details about the new stop-cylinder unit will not be made public until the trade show.
For printing a white under layer prior to a digital CMYK print, ESC provides several large and medium size digital printing solutions such as Mimaki JFXplus, ESC-Jetrix and ESC-Daytona. These units can be combined with screen printing systems like ESC-Atmax or ESC-Atmace. No matter whether the task is to print on glass, paper or plastic - all systems are capable of printing on a wide range of substrates of different heights without any difficulty.
Powerful small-size UV-digital printers as well as direct-to-garment printers as for instance the new ESC-DTG M2, which lends itself for industrial textile printing, round off their wide portfolio at the drupe booth.
