Karlowsky Fashion supports Lebenshilfe Peine-Burgdorf with a donation of over 5,000 Euro. The donation was received at the Karlowsky headquarters by project coordinator Linda Teege. Besides chef jackets for women and men in different colours and sizes, also tunics, coats for women, aprons for service-staff and safety shoes were part of the donation.

"The garments are used in the workshop area, the kitchen, in the food and cookies packaging area and in the education and trainings area", explains Linda Teege, project coordinator at Lebenshilfe. This is especially helpful for the department of home economy of the site Burgdorf, because there was hardly any customarily work wear before. Niels Karlowsky said during the hand-over: "I am glad that we are able give Lebenshilfe a targeted support with our donation. Professional work wear does not only enhance the safety at work, it helps also the worker to identify positively with their jobs."
Lebenshilfe Peine-Burgdorf offers in 25 sites different integration services. About 600 staff members help people with disabilities to participate in community.
