Karl Gröner at TV TecStyle Visions 2016

Gröner will be present at the TV TecStyle Visions 2016 show with a huge double stand and will focus on the functional presentation of important topics for the industry.

Gröner will show, amongst other products, a complete screenprinting production line. The Computer-to-Screen System i-Image from M&R makes a screenprinter’s heart beat faster: with a production volume of up to 250 screens per day, it is possible to save many thousands of Euros per year, compared with the traditional screen-exposure process.gronerstand

Screenprint

Visitors will be able to view live textile screenprinting on an M&R Sportsman with eight stations at the show. For the perfect workflow, Gröner will also have the flash-curing unit Red Chili from M&R on show. For finishers, the company will be displaying the M&R Fusion conveyer dryer.

The prints are done with the innovative Inkwin oil-based inks. They comply with Oeko-Tex and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). In order to convince visitors about the efficiency and the quality, Gröner will produce charity shirts at the trade show. For a small donation for a good cause, you can take one of these shirts home.

Direct printing

Gröner is bringing more professionalism into direct-to-garment printing – with the Brother GT-3 DTG printer, Gröner will not only show one of the most reliable DTG systems on the market, but will also present the Dido Shop drying cabinet with a high productivity for best results. The DTG range will be complemented by the Pretreatmaker III, the clean solution for pre-treating dark textiles for direct printing.

Transfer

With the OKI White Toner System and the dedicated transfer media from Forever, Gröner will also OKI_ES9541appeal to those textile decorators who are looking for a low-maintenance and very flexible system for smaller- and mid-sized volumes. The highly successful commercialisation of this system by Gröner in Germany is certainly related also to the extraordinary transfer presses from Sefa. They are used to press the OKI White Toner System efficiently onto the substrates. At the show, the visitors will not only gain valuable insights into the workflow, they can also see how effect films are processed and acquaint themselves about the decoration of advertising materials with the OKI White Toner System.

Promotional textiles

At the heart of the exhibition there will also be the leading trade names from the promotional textiles sector. Besides Fruit of the Loom, B&C, Tee Jays and Elevate, the top styles from James & Nicholson and Karlowsky will also be presented. The big plus from Gröner: the textiles are already finished with different techniques. This gives the finisher the possibility, not only to introduce ideas into the daily business, but also to see the wealth of possibilities. This is especially the case for the large number of textile-transfer films from the Gröner. They will also present some novelties.
Besides the processing of the films, the company will be showing the workflow with transfer presses from Sefa as well as cutting plotters from Summa with different applications. They will show production machines in different widths. Of course, the new SummaCut R Class FX range for newcomers in the business will be there too!

Also for large-format printing, Gröner will show a variety of products. You can find Karl Gröner at TV TecStyle Visions in Hall 4 on Stands C22 and C21.
