Kaiser Lutra at Cisma Shanghai

7 November 2011 - Marion Zuurveen

At the international Asian fair trade Cisma, the company Kaiser Lutra Textilmaschinen GmbH from Kaiserslautern, Germany, presented for the first time the multi-head embroidery machines from the series Kaiser SM3- FB from German development.

Kaiser Lutra Textilmaschinen constructs flatbed machines from 2 to 30 heads with 8 or 12 needles, selectable repeats and optional single or double side sequin devices. An optional boring device can be programmed in four levels. Furthermore, the cording device can be selected optionally per embroidery head.

Shown machine models

On show were the KS 0804-FB, KS 0812-FB 400 x 650, KS 0818-FB 400 (800) x 750 and KS 0820-FB 300(500)x750 embroidery machines.

The KS 0804-FB features four embroidery heads and a sequin device and offers an embroidery field of 400 x 500 mm. The machine was set up for embroidery with a border finish. The special aspect was the design of the pattern for embroidering a paisley pattern with border finish with 5mm sequins on a flatbed set-up.

The KS 0812-FB 400x650 is equipped with 12 embroidery heads for flatbed production. The motif of the trade fair - a butterfly - has specially been created by a certified designer for women’s T-shirt.

The KS 0818-FB 400(800)x750 is a basic version with 18 embroidery heads. Remarkable is the possibility to select the idle heads for operating with 9 heads. As samples, table cloths and place mats were embroidered.

The KS 0820-FB 300(500)x750 is a 20 head embroidery machine and specially suited for large runs of badges and embroidered labels. At the presentation, a typical German motif from Bavaria was embroidered. rsz_014
