Embroidery

Gunold’s seminars have been held over the last ten years. In January 2003, Gunold started their first training with René Schneider as seminar leader. He was an extraordinarily gifted embroidery expert who understood how to impart his knowledge to participants with spirit, humour and skill. Sadly, René passed away – much too early – in 2005. This was a great loss for both the embroidery industry and the Gunold company.

Daniel Hutter from Emtrain, Massimo Baezzato from Constitch and Manfred Hemberger from ESO are Gunold’s current seminar leaders and trainers. They have shared for many years their knowledge about digitising, embroidering and calculating with the participants of the training classes. Beginners in the world of embroidery as well as ‘old hands’ find relevant and useful training content for refreshing or consolidating their own knowledge.

The Gunold 2013 training classes will take place in the Gunold offices in Stockstadt, Munich and Hamburg, Germany. The embroidery seminars take place on Fridays and Saturdays – two parallel courses each day. You can set up your own personalised training programme. The seminars about calculating take place on Saturdays in Munich and Hamburg.

Something special for the 10-year anniversary

For the 10-year anniversary the ‘Pricing and Calculation’ class will be travelling and will take place in Munich and Hamburg. Gunold is also holding a new workshop, ‘Effects embroideries’, for all who want to bring more creativity into their embroidery designs. In Munich, Hamburg and Stockstadt they will hold a two-day digitising training course for professionals. There will also be surprise gifts for each participant.
