Aeoon Digital Textile presents its new direct on garment inkjet printer: aeoon One. There are two series of the machine, providing digital production on an industrial scale.
According to Aeoon the machine will achieve printspeeds up to 400 shirts per hour in perfect quality. The first
machine was presented at Fespa Digital in Hamburg. First and end user machines will be delivered in June 2011.
There are two series:
aeoon One-K Series with 4-8 Kyocera KJ4B printheads for maximum image quality and speed.
aeoon One-S Series with 8-20 Spectra Q-Class printheads for an economic solution with very high print distance for textiles with non uniform surface.
Aeoon says its heralds a new era in digital garment production with the launch of its new T-shirt printer. “What was once consigned to low volume or novelty production, digital inkjet printing can now become the mainstream production method for garment decoration.”

Ink type: aeoon optimized pigmented water-based ink
Printheads: 8 inkjet printheads with 2558 nozzles per printhead with native 600 dpi resolution and 4 drop sizes.
