Successful Texprocess premiere – the new ESC-Decotec systems for the application of rhinestones and spangles convinced Texprocess visitors by its easy handling and its versatile, brilliant potential.
First the user creates his own rhinestone motif on the screen or chooses a finished design, then transfers it on the transfer paper and applies it with a transfer press on the fabric as last quick step. Depending on the model the ESC Decor-series offers the possibility to apply rhinestones with 2, 4 or 6 colours and in different diameters.
Glittering highlights
With the ESC-Decos machines it is just as easy to decorate textiles with glittering highlights. Up to 4 colours can be processed in an automated run. The spangles, which are supplied in rolls, can be inserted in different sizes. Both series have a low operating noise and can therefore be even used in office environments. All models are working with the same software providing many options as e.g. to combine rhinestone and spangle decors in one design, to „translate“ stitch designs, several tools for design editing right on the screen (e.g. zoom, turning, mirror, etc.)
Textile printing systems
Besides many visitors were looking for reliable textile printing systems. ESC-Decotec is offering two alternatives: ESC-DTG M-series as direct digital textile printing system on inkjet base as well as the ESC-TransSlam, a laser printer for textile transfers.
After the Texprocess show all printers are now ready for practical demonstration at the ESC-Decotec exhibition centre in Bad Salzuflen. Many professionals took advantage of this possibility by making an appointment directly at the show in order to test the printing systems with their own material and designs and to be the first to get details on the forthcoming new digital textile printer ESC-DTG Viper2.
