Following his cosmically inspired T-shirt entry, Dave Parkes from the UK has been announced as the winner of the Fespa Fabric 2015 ‘Design a tee’ competition.
Second and third places went to Daniela Asael from Germany and James Simonsen from the Czech Republic respectively.
Sponsored by GarmentPrinting.co.uk, the T-shirt competition received entries from around the world, with five designs shortlisted and displayed onsite at Fespa in Cologne. Visitors to the event had the chance to vote for their favourite galactic design, with Dave Parkes as the winner.

Fespa Divisional Director, Roz McGuinness says, “This year’s entries illustrated the Fespa 2015 space theme perfectly, showing a host of creative designs. It’s great to see members of the Fespa Fabric community actively engage with the competition which showcases the creative effects that can be achieved with garment printing.
