Bold presence of Gröner

At Expo 4.0 Karl Gröner presented their products on four stands. The large textile-finishing stand, the textiles stand, the hardware shop and the screen-direct-print stand of Charity Shirts were able to convince visitors.

At the main stand Gröner showed their collection of Sefa transfer presses with as highlight the PST 1510 oversized press with a huge printing area of 1.5 m x 1 m for all-over prints. Visitors had the opportunity to have printed on site different textile transfer grades from Gröner and were able to convince themselves about the quality of the sublimation prints from the Epson medium-format printers.

Enhancement Rainbow devices

In the area of textile direct print, Gröner highlighted the Rainbow product family. Especially interesting were the enhancements of the devices from the white circulation system, which prevents production down-times, minimises maintenance and saves time and money.

For the first time Gröner was present with its own stand for textiles at the TV TecStyle Visions show. They displayed the new styles of the brands Fruit of the Loom, B&C, TeeJays and Gildan.

New products at wetec show

At the wetec show Gröner showed the knifeless tape: a tape to cut film without a knife in order to prevent damage. On the same stand Gröner exhibited the new HP DesignJet L26500 and the connected print&cut process with the Summa S Class T 120 for customers who are involved with large-format printing and wish to enter into the stickers printing market.

The rollover-laminator was presented for the first time in Germany. The rollover is a multifunctional device that not only allows laminating jobs to be done but also transfers of application tapes as a ‘one-person show’, where normally two employees would be necessary.

The fourth Gröner stand was fully dedicated to a charitable purpose. Together with WNP Fachmessen GmbH, Gröner decorated T-shirts with screenprinting technique with attractive designs and sold them; they raised about €1,000, which was donated to Unicef.
