Bigger than ever presence of ESC

Regarding Fespa 2015 ESC has set itself ambitious goals: To target the customers ESC will be splitting their presence in two separate stands.

In hall 8, stand B20/D25 visitors will see the multiple industrial application possibilities of ESC screen, digital and pad printing machines. ESC-Decotec in hall 7, no. H50 will be concentrating on digital printing systems.

Digital Textile Printing

The versatility of digital textile printing is one important focus of ESC-Decotec who established a very successful co-operation with Kornit last year. Unique to the market is the integrated automated pretreatment which leads to an optimized production process. The programme covers such models as the Breeze for small to mid-sized businesses in a max. printing size of 350 x 450 mm up to demanding technical systems like the Avalanche series which is designed for industrial high-volume production in a max. size of 600 x 900 mm.

Not limiting itself to only one variant of inkjet systems, ESC is also offering their customers other textile printers as the DTG-Viper2 or the DTG-M series. The DTG-Viper2 for instance is able to print simultaneously on 4 small or 2 big T-shirts or to carry out allover prints in a size of 600 x 430 mm with a single flexibly adaptable TucLoc pallet.

Full-service supplier

Moreover ESC-Decotec as full-service supplier will be featuring the ESC-TransSlam transfer system, pre- and post-treatment equipment, suitable drying cabinets or CTS-systems as well as the ESC-Decos and Decor machines for the application of spangles and rhinestones.

Apart from textile printing the delivery programme consists of small-size Mimaki UV-inkjet printers, ESC-Jetrix UV flatbed printers for larger sizes and the ESC-Practika digital printing system to create diversified interior designs but also architectural elements.
