This year, Stitch & Print International celebrates its 30th anniversary. For 30 years, we have been providing trade information for the garment decoration industry! The printed magazine was started by Jacqueline de Gast in 1992 under the name Eurostitch Magazine. In 2008, the name of the magazine was changed into Stitch & Print International as, by then, more and more companies were offering both printing and embroidery services.
Today our communication platform includes printed issues, online magazines, newsletters, website news and social media channels. In this issue you can read more about the history of the magazine and the changes the magazine and the garment decoration industry went through over the years.
Considering the growing popularity of DTF printing, Robert Wade informs you why it may now have become even more compelling to bring in in-house DTF transfer printing. You will also find more information about trends in transfer printing and an overview of the latest transfer films.
Unfortunately some events that had been planned for the start of this year had to be postponed again. Hopefully they can take place as scheduled later this year, so that everybody in the decoration industry can meet again live!
