The 49th PSI is held from 12 to 14 January 2011 in Düsseldorf. PSI 2011 is launching new services for visitors ranging from online ticketing to guided tours. Distributors will find a large and varied choice of products there, ranging from give-aways to high-quality custom-made products. To manufacturers, the PSI offers extensive opportunities to make contact with distributors from all over the world.

Starting 1 September, members can purchase their trade fair tickets online and print them out right away. As soon as the new system is operational, purchasing tickets before the trade fair will only be possible online, tickets will no longer be sent by post. Upon arrival at the PSI, visitors can then scan their printout at the terminal and have their badges printed within seconds. Up until 1 December 2010, visitors using this procedure will pay the low early booking rate of 57 euro, after that date the price will be 67 euro. Visitors buying two or more tickets will receive one free ticket. Tickets bought on site will be charged at 77 euro each.

Guided tours for easier orientation at the trade fair

At PSI 2011, guided tours will be offered to visitors for the first time.  Focussing on particular themes, there will be tours every day to guide visitors to the major exhibitors and special zones relevant to the respective topic. Interested persons can register for these before the fair on http://www.psi-network.de/werbeartikel-netzwerk_psi_5.html

Start the trade fair day in the New Members Lounge

PSI invites distributors and manufacturers who joined the network for promotional products after the PSI 2010 fair into the New Members Lounge located at the North East Entrance. The New Members Breakfast is available here every day from 8.30 a.m., offering small snacks and plenty of information on membership and the fair.

Meeting managing directors without appointment

Manufacturers’ appointment schedules at the trade fair are packed. As a result, speaking to the managing director of one of the big industry players is not always easy. On the PSI Friday, therefore, managers from various manufacturers set aside two hours just to be available for discussion. Visitors are invited to come to the VIP Lounge on the third day of the fair, Friday 14 January, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon and speak to the managing director of their choice.
