Diamondback L

MenRdiamond

M&R presents the Diamondback L automatic textile press. With a 35 x 28 cm (14” x 11”) maximum image area, it’s also ideal for those who don’t want to tie up their larger presses with smaller-format work.

Capable of speeds in excess of 1000 cycles per hour, it’s the fastest automatic textile press in its category. Diamondback L has an extremely compact 259 cm (8’ 6”) diameter, allowing it to fit into almost any production area. Heavy-duty casters make it easy to move the press around the shop, or out of the way when it’s not in use.

Diamondback L is available in base and enhanced configurations. Both feature a servo-driven indexer, pneumatically-driven print carriages, calibrated squeegee pressure adjustment and three-point pallet leveling bracket with quick release. Also standard are a pivoting control panel with touch-screen display, 15 x 41 cm (6” x 16”) aluminum pallets, micro-registration, rear stroke-length adjustment, and M&R’s patented Revolver Print Program. Enhanced models have pneumatic frame locks, pneumatic squeegee/floodbar locks, and pneumatic squeegee pressure regulators.
